Our prints are printed on a 6mil matte vinyl for durability and ease of installation. The matte finish helps with readability and wont put a glare on your stunning portrait. ALL Seating Charts and Portraits DO NOT Include mounting substrate. We supply the print only for customers to apply to their own substrate.Â
Offering a giant printed portrait or custom seating chart can make a bold and memorable statement at various types of events. This is a way to stand out in a competitive market. All you need is a 4’x8′ sheet of foam board which can be purchased at your local hardware store or retailer. We design, print and ship your ready to install prints.

Please review the instructional video for installation of these prints. We highly recommend purchasing a 6″ or 12″ squeegee for installation.
Preparation:
Our prints are cut down to and ready to fit a 4ft x 8ft substrate. We include a 1″ bleed around all edges making the final print 49″x97″. If you have questions regarding installation. Please email or call our office during business hours.
All printed Seating Charts and Portraits have a 1 week(7 business days) turnaround time after design is approved by the customer. This does not include shipping times. We offer the first 30 minutes of design time for free. Rates after the alloted design time are $59/hr. RUSH ORDERS are NOT accepted.
Names for Seating Chart:
All guest names must be entered in a vertical row in a body of an email. No Excel, Word doc files will be accepted. All guest names must be complete when emailing your list. No changes in names will be allowed once submitted. Wholesale Event Decor will not be responsible for any misspelled names or incorrect positioning after final proof has been approved.
Portrait Quality:
Please submit a high resolution file for printed portraits. We only accept JPG. AI. EPS and PDF. supported files. Once approval has been made by the customer, your print will begin production and Wholesale Event Decor will no longer be responsible for image and color quality.
Color and Quality:
Wholesale Event Decor uses latex printers and prints in CMYK color codes. All RGB and Pantone colors will be converted to CMYK. CMYK color is not as vibrant as other color codes, So please check your images for quality and color code correction. We recommend all images be at least 300dpi.
